Because of COVID-19, a large part of the activities could only be carried out in lieu of in-person meetings. Even so, we have been able to construct a pro-gram of K-12 astronomy education called “Astronomy Education for All (AE4ALL)” taking advantage of online communication techniques. This is particularly useful because some of our projects were designed to narrow the urban-rural gap in educational resources in Taiwan. These include the organization of online lecture series on introductory astronomy for high school students, summer or winter schools for middle school teach-ers, and astronomy carnivals in cities without major astronomical muse-um, etc. Besides the urban-rural gap, we also paid attention to the gender gap in science and engineering. As a consequence, a couple of webinar series composed of invited talks by outstanding woman researchers have been established with one of them specialized in astronomy and space science. It will be very interesting and exciting if some of these projects can be adapted to mainland China with the help of NAOC. We welcome very much suggestions and cooperative opportunities. 报告人介绍/Bio: Prof. Wing Ip was born in Nanjing, China in 1947, and grew up in Macau.
